I want to share with you; why I believe what I do, and what above all makes me happy. I consider this to be the most valuable knowledge I can share with you.

Why should I tell you about my faith here? Well, the ‘About Me’ page of this blog only deals with the physical/material side to my life and would not be complete if I did not share with you my faith; the spiritual side of my life in order to know me as a whole.
Freely, as I have received knowledge and understanding, so I should freely pass this on. I am instructed to; “always be ready to give an answer to every man that asks you a reason of the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear”.

The truth cannot lie, the truth is unchangeable, and the truth will stand the test of time. To quote Winston Churchill, he said;”the truth is incontrovertible; malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end; there it is!”

I wish you success in establishing your business on the internet as I am doing, but first and foremost, I want you to understand what the Truth is, and which can lead you to the most precious gift in your life.

How can I possibly say what I would like to say in a few short paragraphs and not lose your attention? Let me first ask you a couple of questions? Have you ever lied? Have you ever stolen anything? If you are honest with yourself, I doubt you will be able to say “no”. Therefore, you are guilty. There are laws in this country that make it a crime to lie and steal. It is no different to the higher law that many of the laws of this country are based on.

Have you been lied to? I am sure you will say “Yes”. The sad fact is that you are being lied to every day. Governments are lying to you, politicians are lying to you, your colleagues and friends lie to you. Almost every religion in the world is lying to you and if that is not all, you are probably lying to yourself.

Why should I say this? It is a sad fact of human nature and I quote from the one who knows us best; “the heart is deceitful above all else, who can know it?”

The human body and mind is capable of the most astonishing things. Some people excel at demonstrating the best qualities of human nature, and do great works for their fellow beings, and yet, even the best and most learned of people are willingly ignorant of the Truth.

Big-Bang, or no Big-Bang? What was before the Big-Bang and where did the matter come from? This is as unanswerable as; “where did God come from?” You were not there at the beginning; so there is no way will you ever be able to answer this question.

For the Big-Bang and Evolution to take place, (in my calculation) it has a far higher improbability than that of Creation. Both are taught as a religion, and the fact is, despite what you are told; science does not support Evolution any more than you can prove God scientifically. Evolution has so many holes and flaws in it and is based on bad science; yet people want to believe it. Why? Why do they want to believe in a lie?

People mock the Bible as myth and fable and say it is not true, and yet the Bible has stood the test of time. Its message has not changed; it is as true today as when it was first penned over the centuries and millennia. You cannot prove God scientifically, yet God says you only have to look at what He has created to tell there is an intelligent creator behind it; but then, by itself, this is not proof. There is only one way you can prove God; God tells you how. He asks you this question. “Who else can tell you a thing before it happens?” Are you going to put your faith in scientists who are struggling to find the answers to things that happened in the past and cannot tell you what will happen for certain in the future, or would you trust someone who can tell you for certain, what will happen in the future and who has already given you the evidence to prove it?

You can dip into the Bible and read things out of context and for a certainty, you will not understand it. You are likely to pick up on anything that is vaguely contradictory and so (unwisely) dismiss the Bible as untrue.

This is where after 40 years of first understanding the Truth as it is revealed in the Bible, I still hold fast to that Truth. The Truth has not changed; the message is the same today as it was when men penned it, as they were inspired by God. God has left on record His Plan and Purpose with this earth and has revealed himself to us in these times through His Word. I am just as confident about the future as when I first came to the knowledge of the God’s Truth. God does not lie; He cannot lie. Many of God’s promises have come true already and that gives me confidence that the promises of God about the future will also come true.

I have been to boot-camps and seminars and listened to talks on NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). We look to NLP in these modern times to change our mind and our thinking which in turn will lead to our success. The first master practitioner of NLP I heard on stage told us that what he was telling us was not new. I have since compared the principles of NLP to Bible principles and guess what; the Bible teaches the same principles. If you search for the Truth, you will find it. You have to knock on the door and the door will be opened to you.

It is a sad fact that God’s Word has been misunderstood and misused all down the ages. That is why I can say; all the major religions of this world, even so-called Christian religions, are telling you a lie. Unfortunately, you believe them. There is only one way to find that out, and that is; compare what is said with God’s Word.

God knew this would happen from the very beginning. Eve deceived herself and believed her own lie, Adam was no better. By inheritance we are born of an earthly father and bare the same nature. The nature that is within us is often at enmity with God. It is this opposing nature that is described as the devil (so misunderstood by other religions). This is why Jesus could say; “you are of your father the devil…he is a liar and the father of it (a lie). And because I tell you the truth, you believe me not”. So, by inheritance, we have the same nature as Adam (no improvement for us 6000 years later). Therefore, as the Bible also states, “if you say you have no sin in you, you are a liar and the truth is not in you”.

Let me try and wrap this up so as not to appear to preach too much at this time.
It might seem trite to say this, but when God says He does not want anyone to perish; He means it! He has provided the way for everyone to be saved, but to be saved it takes a commitment on your part. Firstly, you have to understand the message; secondly you have to respond to it. You then demonstrate your faith and belief by taking action. It is very easy for God to save you, He has already proven He can do it, but you have to come to God on His terms.

Most of us would like to be materially rich; some of us are striving to get knowledge of internet marketing so we can have a successful internet business. Yet there is a more important knowledge and wisdom that we ought to get as our priority; it is the wisdom that will lead you to the greatest gift you will ever receive.

So why am I happy? Where does my happiness come from? I could say so much more, but let me sum it up by a few words from Proverbs chapter 3

This is speaking of the wisdom (here, likened to a woman), that comes from God through His Word:

Happy is the man that finds wisdom and the man that understands. For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver and the gain thereof than fine gold. She is more precious than rubies; and all things you desire cannot compare with her. Length of days is in her right hand and in her left hand riches and honour. Her ways are ways of pleasantness and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her and happy is everyone that retains her.
